Specific implementation of the remuneration policy

B.A. van Doorn applies a controlled remuneration policy that includes possible rewards in the broadest sense of the word (variable, fixed, promotion, company car, pension, courses, etc.). Based on the annual assessment of the employee's performance over a longer period, considering both financial and non-financial criteria, including sustainability, any salary increase and/or variable remuneration is determined, taking into account the general principles of the Dutch Financial Undertakings Remuneration Policy Act (Wet beloningsbeleid financiële ondernemingen - Wbfo).
