Your assets are held at an external custodian bank in your own name. B.A. van Doorn holds only a management mandate to act on your behalf. We are supervised by the AFM and DNB, affiliated with DSI and Kifid, and operate under strict compliance guidelines. Additionally, your portfolio is monitored daily for risks.

Yes, you always have full access to your assets. You can arrange small withdrawals online directly via the custodian bank or B.A. van Doorn can assist you. For larger withdrawals, we recommend discussing this in advance with your portfolio manager, so we can execute the required sale of investments at an appropriate time.

You will receive a comprehensive quarterly report detailing your portfolio’s performance, including an in-depth analysis and commentary. Additionally, you have real-time access to your portfolio via our online portal. Your dedicated contact person is always available for questions or a personal explanation.
